Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Please follow the check-in instructions sent before your arrival.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available when arranged in advance.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Please be respectful of neighboring guests and surrounding properties.
  • Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Occupancy & Guests

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
  • Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy for your site or rental.
  • Visitors must leave before quiet hours unless otherwise approved.

Pets

  • Pets may be allowed only with prior approval.
  • Pets must be kept under control and cleaned up after at all times.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Cleanliness & Trash

  • Please keep your site and outdoor area clean during your stay.
  • Bag all trash and place it in designated disposal areas.
  • Do not leave food, trash, or loose items outside overnight.

Parking & Vehicles

  • Please park only in designated areas.
  • Do not block drive lanes, neighboring pads, or access points.
  • Vehicle washing, repairs, or maintenance on site is not allowed unless approved.

Campfires & Safety

  • Campfires are only allowed where permitted and when local conditions allow.
  • Never leave a fire unattended.
  • Guests must follow all local fire restrictions and safety rules.

Respect for Property

  • Please treat the property, utilities, and amenities with care.
  • Damage to the rental, grounds, hookups, or shared areas may result in additional charges.
  • Guests are responsible for reporting any issues promptly during their stay.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation terms depend on the booking platform or direct booking agreement.
  • Please review your reservation details for the specific cancellation policy that applies to your stay.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay for violation of property rules, unsafe behavior, or damage to the property.

Liability & Guest Responsibility

  • Guests assume all responsibility for their safety and the safety of others during their stay.
  • Catfish Point Tiny Home & RV Park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal property, or any unforeseen or unfortunate circumstances that may occur on the property.
  • By staying on the property, guests agree to use all facilities, utilities, and surrounding areas at their own risk.
  • Guests are responsible for supervising children, pets, and visitors at all times.
  • Any damage to property, hookups, or facilities caused during your stay may result in additional charges.
